nuggets of wisdom on reducing PAIN & SYmPTOMS naturally

without the risk of surgery or nasty hormone treatments

Is your Mouth a source of infection? Bacteria? Could it explain the lowered immune system in your body?

It has been said that the reason we have Endometriosis is due to a lowered immune system. This makes sense, since our body is not able to flush out the retrograde cells naturally. Why do we have such a lowered immune system though? One of the explanations could be what sits in our mouths.

In this video, I interview my dentist to get the real reason we could be fighting infections ineffectively. What is a Root Canal and why do they get such bad press? Why is Mercury so bad for us? What is Gum Disease and how to reduce your chances of developing it. More importantly, how does Gum Disease affect our health?

It was a real eye opener for me and has certainly made my daily regiment much more important 🙂 Bring on the floss!

Have you noticed any strange correlations between having a mercury filling and getting Endo? Have you taken them out and noticed an improvement? What are your thoughts on it?

Love to hear from you 🙂

    Hi Tina,
Well done on getting your mercury removed. That is fantastic!
I am not familiar with chelation. If it is working for you and you can trust in your naturopath, then stick with it. I have heard that clay powders like Zeolite are brilliant for removing excess mercury out of the body.
It would make sense that removing the mercury would balance your hormones, down the track as the mercury is a toxin and a burden on the liver. Once this burden is lifted, the liver can work better at eliminating excess hormones.
Wow! An enema! Please let me know how that goes as that sounds really good! 🙂

    It is my pleasure!
    Thanks for reading 🙂

    Hi Melissa,
Thanks so much for your website, it has been great helping me through the healing process! I have been dealing with “cysts” and painful periods for years now, but only last mid-March (2012) was diagnosed with the endo. Crazy thing is that last January I got all my amalgam fillings taken out. The dentist didn’t specialize in removing the metal, so I thought maybe there was mercury and other heavy metals released into my body during that process. Is that possible? I saw my Natralpathic doctor/Doc of Chinese Medicine and she has started me on chelation (DMSA-oral treatment, not IV). It is only my 3rd day, but I have no negative side effects and my stool is noticeably better! Of course, she is supporting the detox with lots of herbs and vitamins, so I feel pretty good. Do you know about chelation? She claims that once we remove the metals, I should see a significant improvement in the balancing of my hormones. Have you seen/heard of or experienced this? I know that chelation is supposed to bind to and pull out the metals, but I was worried about using this non-natural chemical and that it might hurt/tax my kidneys long term. There are so many horror stories online, but a bunch of people who claim it is a god-send too…confusing.

I have also been exercising more, doing the sauna, endo dieting, candida cleansing, and I will try an enema for the first time tomorrow…wish me luck!

Thanks again for all your hard work 🙂
    Tina
