Empower yourself on reducing PAIN & SYPMTOMS naturally,

Try the Castor Oil Pack…..Could this be your Affordable Solution for Endometriosis?

In a few my blogs I have discussed the Lymphatic system and how it helps to eliminate toxins from the body. It essentially all links back to the liver. Our Lymphatic system is responsible for removing all the toxins and fats and all that nasty stuff from our bodies, so it is really important to get it working well.

The best method to get it working is to exercise. This is the natural means of creating its own movement in the body. You can also use Poke Root to stimulate toxin removal, amongst other things.

My interest in Castor Oil really came about by my discovery of this video by Dalene and how much it can help with Endometriosis and our Lymphatic System in getting rid of period pain, endo pain and basically all toxins and fats in the body. In my previous posts I’ve mostly use Calendula Oil or my Period Pain Oil creation.

Castor Oil is somewhat different to these oils in that Castor Oil is known to actually stimulate circulation in the area which gets rid of adhesions and scar tissue! This is what really got my interest with using Castor Oil and why I think it would be so beneficial to you.

Dalene also has some great suggestions on how to ensure you don’t ruin your clothes while using this oil which is always useful 🙂

You can buy your very own Castor Oil pack, through Natural Fertility Shop. They give you a nice little kit and full video instructions on how to use it too! It is ideally used for 3 days on and 3 days off. Giving your body the ability to flush out and heal in between.

It is also very cheap so if money is a little tight and you’re not sure what supplements to buy, this might be a great affordable option for you.

There is also heaps of other valuable stuff on the site, so feel free to check it out! 🙂

Thanks Kecia for recommending this site! It is fabulous 🙂

IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not take Castor Oil internally. It is for External use ONLY.

Hi Melissa, I’m in NZ too, where do you buy your castor oil and what brand? So far everything I’ve found is a round the $20 mark which is a bit pricey for a 3 days on 3 days off thing 🙂

I can’t say I did. I just put it somewhere dark and in an airtight container. 🙂

I was wondering if you keep it in the fridge like she said to. How do you not get cold when you put it on at first? Do you have to keep in fridge? Do you always use a heating pad?Thank you 🙂

That is very interesting. How do you know you got rid of the cyst? Maybe combining it with Vitalzym would be a good way to go. The Vitalzym eats away the dead cells 🙂

I had an ovarian cyst that I successfully got rid of with castrol oil packs I used on and off for two months but the downside is whatever tissue it breaks up comes out through your cycle andthe pain for me was immense. I mean I could of passed out. If I do these packs again I think I need pain killers from the doctor. That pain was absolutely immense.

    Hi Sharon,
Not sure about this one. It is an amino acid. I would rather get them in their whole form, like in Maca Root or Quinoa or something like that. Your body needs other stuff to absorb things so they seldom work on their own. Then you’re having to take supplements to take supplements, which is not just expensive but you have to wonder if the body even recognises it. I always prefer to eat and drink things that are in their whole form. That way I know my body knows what to do with it.
